Dear MREHA Members,
There will be two upcoming Water Filtration Plant shutdowns: Wednesday, Mar. 12 and Wednesday, Mar. 19.
On Wednesday, March 12, the Everett plant will shut down for approximately eight hours to perform work in the Water Filtration Plan, beginning at 10pm and concluding at 6 a.m. the following morning, Thursday, March 13. During this time, a limited amount of water will be available to supply the transmission lines. Your assistance, is needed, to curtail demand from all transmission lines during these time periods to safeguard the water system.
Take steps to curtail or minimize water use from the transmission lines by 9 p.m., March 12.
Fill jugs and buckets before 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, prior to the plant reducing flows (to be down by 10 p.m.).
The plant is expected to come back online beginning at 6 a.m. on Thursday, March 13. We will need some time to recover the "clear well" levels before customers can resume normal flows (anticipated for 7 a.m. on Thursday, March 13).
Thank you for your cooperation while this important maintenance work is performed. If you have any questions, please contact Water Manager: Siri Tobey 425-327-6119, siris44@hotmail.com.
Thank you
Siri
